At Phoenix Performance Institute, performance training starts with understanding movement. Before loading the body with heavy weight, high intensity, or advanced training demands, Hector looks at how the body moves, where limitations show up, and what needs to improve for better performance.
Training may focus on strength, mobility, stability, speed, agility, power, conditioning, balance, coordination, and sport-specific movement. For some clients, that means building a stronger foundation. For others, it means improving explosiveness, endurance, mechanics, or return-to-sport readiness.
